I am an incoming fifth year student studying Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology with a minor in Computer Science at the Ohio State University. The first two years of my undergraduate career were at Case Western Reserve University, where I gained experience assisting postdoctoral researchers and working with tobacco hornworms as a laboratory technician for the Willis Lab. At OSU, I am working with the Hamilton Lab where I assist graduate students in designing experiments investigating the social behavior of Lyretail Cichlids. Currently, I am working with Dr. Zeynep as a TA to help other students begin their careers as undergraduate researchers. In the future I hope to attend graduate school and pursue a career in researching the biology and evolution of invertebrates.
