Hi, my name is Seyoung Moon and I am a 4th year zoology student at The Ohio State University. I've had an interest in animals for as long as I can remember. After I graduate, I plan to pursue a PhD in zoology. Over the summer I traveled to Cambodia to participate in a marine conservation project on an island off the coast, and also spent some time working at an elephant refuge in the jungle. During this experience, I discovered that a hands-on approach to research really appealed to me, and after completing my education I would like to become involved with field research where I can work first-hand with wild animals in their natural habitat.
