UResearch in the Department of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology provides opportunities for undergraduate students to conduct supervised, independent research in the natural and behavioral sciences. Since its inception, undergraduates from a variety of majors have gained valuable skills in research methods, data analysis, grant writing, and public presentation. We explore diverse topics ranging from the study of captive bonobos and domestic horses to biodiversity education. Thus far, our research has resulted in numerous grant, fellowship, and presentation awards, including at Ohio State’s Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. We invite you to check out our courses!
