Braden DeMattei, a doctoral student in EEOB was recently named the recipient of the Ecological Society of America’s 2026 Katherine S. McCarter Graduate Student Policy Award. The Ecological Society of America (ESA) offers this award each year to give graduate students hands-on training and science policy experience.
