EEOB students receive NSF & mentoring awards

Macrander & Del Rio

Annelise Del Rio, an undergraduate in Dr. Meg Daly's lab, won the NSF GRFP (Graduate Research Fellowship Program) award which is a three year fellowship to provide funding towards her graduate research pursuits.

Jason Macrander, PhD student from Dr. Meg Daly's lab, received the Outstanding Research Mentor Award which recognizes the leadership and support OSU faculty provide to undergraduate students. Nominations are made by undergraduate students participating in the Denman Undergraduate Research Forum. Jason is the first person from EEOB to receive this award.
