EEOB Professor, Karen Goodell, and Rodney Richardson ’18 PhD will pioneer a method using environmental DNA (eDNA) to monitor for rare and endangered pollinators. With nearly $1 million in funding from the Department of Defense, the pair is trying to figure out how to better protect the insects’ dwindling populations.
