EEOB Postdoctoral Scholar, Shannon Kuznar, is working at the Center for Electron Microscopy and Analysis (CEMAS) to image the brains of various species of deep-sea fish to infer their behaviors. Kuznar is part of the research group of EEOB Assistant Professor Elizabeth Santos. The group’s research focuses on macroevolution, diversification, biogeography, phylogenomics, ichthyology and deep-sea biology.
