The Ohio Bumble Bee Survey Team, led by Randy Mitchell of University of Akron and Karen Goodell, EEOB Associate Professor, is looking to sample bumble bees in E/SE/NW Ohio throughout the month of June. Ideally, locations would be 1-3 acres (or more) in size, and be full of flowers right now (meadow, prairie). They are in need of additional sites, so please contact Denise Ellsworth (from OSU Extension, Department of Entomology) with suggestions.
