Troy's dissertation research focuses on how climate change may affect fish reproduction. He's investigating how short, warm winters and increased hypoxia (aka, "dead zones") affect reproductive development, spawning, and egg/larval quality in yellow perch, a cool-water species of ecological and economic importance across North America.

Congratulations, Troy!
