Undergraduates wanted to help study the molecular regulation of insect diapause. Duties include assisting with insect colony maintenance, and performing basic molecular protocols including PCR and gel electrophoresis. Possible independent projects available for those who have mastered these basic techniques. Experience with basic molecular techniques preferred, but willing to train.  Must be comfortable handling living insects!

Those interested should contact Julie Reynolds (Reynolds.473@osu.edu) with a list of classes taken (class names please) and hours of availability.
