Updates from the Wolfe Lab

blischak
The second chapter of Paul Blischak’s dissertation has been accepted for publication in the journal Bioinformatics. The paper describes two new methods for estimating genotypes in polyploids using high throughput sequencing data. The Wolfe Lab also wrote a piece of software that implements their models and is freely available on GitHub (https://github.com/pblischak/polyploid-genotyping).
