News from the Triplehorn Insect Collection

1) The Triplehorn Insect Collection has received funding from the National Science Foundation via a subcontract from Northern Arizona University under the LepNet Project to database about 65,000 of our butterfly and moth specimens.

Dr. Tom Watters, Curator of Molluscs at the Museum of Biological Diversity, along with representatives from The Columbus Zoo, Department of Natural Resources, and Fish and Wildlife Services released ~6000 endangered mussels Battelle-Darby on August 26th.
